Job Summary:
As the Inventory and Receiving Specialist with Rite Stuff Foods, you will be responsible for the receipt and verification of all inbound loads in addition to overseeing and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained and accurate records are kept.

Responsibilities:

· Unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, documenting and reporting any discrepancies.

· Receive orders into the data management system, print labels and put product away into designated warehouse locations.

· Maintain cycle counting schedules for all raw materials and finished product.

· Control inventory levels by conducting and reviewing physical counts of raw materials and finished product and reconciling against system records.

· Oversee consolidation efforts to maintain FIFO and efficient space utilization.

· Reconcile inventory discrepancies, reporting any stock issues to the warehouse manager.

· Work with the warehouse manager to track and dispose of expired or obsolete inventory

· Conduct daily counts to ensure that items needed for production are on hand and available as needed.

· Provide support to warehouse operators by transporting goods throughout production and warehouse areas and assist in stocking staging areas and production lines as needed.

Qualifications:

· Advanced organizational and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

· Inventory control experience preferred.

· Forklift experience required.

· Ability to lift 50 pounds without restriction.

· Ability to occasionally work in cold/freezing temperatures inside the freezer portion of the warehouse while wearing personal protective equipment and freezer gear.

· Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

· Fluent or advanced level English. Knowledgeable in Spanish is an advantage, but not required.
