The Warehouse Manager reports directly to the Head of Operations.

Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Maintain physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment, issuing work orders or requisitions for expenditures.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage system.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
- Supervise, schedule, and assign employees, follow up on work results, and provide feedback.
- Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Qualifications:
Team player, supervision and leadership skills, safety management, developing standards, managing processes, surveillance skills, inventory control, reporting skills, analysing information, equipment maintenance.
Fluent or advanced level English. Knowledgeable in Spanish is an advantage, but not required.
Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Very good communication skills.
